Does my server automatically use SRV records?
Your subdomain will automatically use a SRV record if your game supports it, this will also remove the port number from the subdomain on your game panel.

What are DNS SRV records?
DNS (Domain name system) provides a way to discover servers using a user friendly name, for example google.com. You can think of DNS as a digital phonebook, that allows you to lookup the name of a service and obtain an IP address you can use to communicate with it.
Can I get shell access to my server?
Yes. We allow users shell access to their servers if the account is more than 30 days old and the server is not a trial.
Will my server auto restart if it crashes?
Yes - your server will automatically restart if it crashes for any reason. Depending on the reason for the crash this could cause a restart loop - if this happens please contact our team who will be able to help you further.
How do I fix process exited with code -1?
This exit code means the game was stopped forcibly by our system, this happens for two reasons.
